One Machine Announces “East to West” Japan Debut Tour

Mercyful Fate bassist Becky Baldwin to join European Tour

ONE MACHINE are excited to announce their upcoming “East To West” tour, which marks the bands debut in Japan. Obscura and Fallujah will provide support during two nights in Tokyo, followed by performances in Nagoya and Osaka. ONE MACHINE then heads on to Europe for a string of dates with Ripper Owens.

Bassist Stefano Selvatico will perform in Japan, but due to personal family matters he will return home, while ONE MACHINE longtime friend and bassist Becky Baldwin of Mercyful Fate will step in and hold it down for support dates in Europe.

Stefano Selvatico states, “Unfortunately due to a personal commitment I am unable to join the band for the European leg of the East To West Tour supporting Ripper Owens… but fear not! Filling in on bass is the incredibly talented Becky Baldwin. See you on the road again soon.”

Becky Baldwin adds , “I’m really looking forward to stepping in to play with ONE MACHINE for a week in Europe. I’ve known this band for many years and it’s great that our paths have crossed once again, this time for a tour with the mighty Tim Ripper Owens! See you on the road.”

One Machine are an international supergroup, founded by ex-Testament guitarist Steven Smyth in London, England in 2008. They have released two albums to date: 2014 debut album The Distortion Of Lies And The Overdriven Truth and 2015’s follow up The Final Cull. The lineup is completed by Greek vocalist Tacos ‘Taz’Lazaris, ex-Biomechanical guitarist Jamie Hunt, bassist Stefano Selvatico and drummer Matt Spike.
